Who is the data controller?
A jelen Adatkezelési Tájékoztató (a „Tájékoztató”) bemutatja, hogy a EOD-STAR Kft., székhelye: 1119 Budapest, Etele út 30. 1. em. 10. („EOD-STAR”, „mi” vagy „nekünk”) mint adatkezelő miként kezeli és továbbítja az Önhöz kapcsolódó adatokat (az Ön „személyes adatai”), melyeket a jelen weboldal (a „Weboldal”) Ön általi látogatása során, vagy akkor gyűjtünk, ha Ön felveszi velünk a kapcsolatot, egy terméket vásárol illetve szolgáltatást vesz igénybe. A jelen Tájékoztató továbbá bemutatja azt is, hogyan kezeljük az Önnel kapcsolatba hozható személyes adatokat.
Who do we make your personal information available to?
We will make your personal information available in various ways:
- To companies or other entities that are commissioned by us to provide services to us on our behalf, such as web hosting companies, mail service providers, web analytics providers, event management companies and information technology service providers.
- To companies or other entities in relation to which you request or consent to the sharing of your personal data

What personal data do we process?

The personal data will be stored by EOD-STAR or by the information technology service provider acting on behalf of EOD-STAR for as long as it is necessary for the performance of our obligations and for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected. Personal data will be deleted from our records or appropriately anonymized when no longer needed.
Data processed for direct marketing purposes on the basis of consent will be retained by EOD-STAR for a maximum of eight years for customers and for a maximum of three calendar years for potential customers (enquirers), unless you give us your consent to process your personal data again before that time.
Your rights
As a natural person, you have the right to request information about what personal data EOD-STAR processes about you and the purposes for which it processes that data, as well as to request access to that data and, if necessary, to have it rectified. In some cases, you also have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, to request the restriction or deletion of the processing of your personal data, or to request that we provide you with personal data about you in a commonly used electronic format so that you can share it with other organisations.
RIGHT TO OBJECT
Where the processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of pursuing your legitimate interest(s), you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by us at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. In such a case, we may no longer be able to process your personal data. Where you have the right to object and you exercise that right, we will no longer process your personal data for such purposes. There is no cost for exercising this right. You can exercise your right to object by contacting us.
Where you have consented to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. - You may turn to the Budapest District Court
If you believe that EOD-STAR's processing of your data has violated your rights, you may bring a civil action against EOD-STAR, regardless of your complaint to the NAIH. In principle, the Budapest District Court will hear the case, but you may also bring the case (at your option) before the competent court in the place where you reside or stay.
